Martin Mata has thirty years of combined management experience in the public and private sector, strategic planning, advanced investment, economic and market analysis, extensive political analysis, and human resources development. He began working for the Albanian–American Enterprise Fund in 2000 and became a Co-CEO in 2010. His former work experience includes working as General Manager of Mercedes-Benz for Albania, part-time political adviser to the Albanian Prime Minister, political adviser at the American Embassy in Tirana, and PR Manager at the National Agency for Privatization. He holds a B.A. in English History & Language, and an MBA from a joint program between the University of Nebraska and the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. He has been a Co-CEO at the Albanian-American Development Foundation since 2013. Mr. Mata received in 2015 from the President of the Republic the “Award of Distinguished Civil Merits”.

As an investor and adviser, Elvin has been involved in deals in the financial institutions sector (Czech Republic, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Albania, Macedonia), in technology and biotechnology (Switzerland, Bulgaria), in healthcare and food industry (Bulgaria), and the real estate sector (USA). Mr.Guri is one of the 2 co-founders of JetFinance International, the largest independent consumer finance lender in SEE. JetFinance was sold to BNP Paribas Personal Finance in July 2007.
He has been covering different roles in importatnt organisations such as PWC and EBRD.
Elvin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford.

Aleksandër Sarapuli has thirty years of combined management and consulting experience in private equity, project finance, project management, economic and financial feasibility analyses, technology and commodity procurement, and marketing. He joined the Albanian-American Enterprise Fund in 1996 and has been Co-CEO since 2010. His former work experience includes co-founding and managing partner of the Business Advisory Unit (BAU), business adviser for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Albania, and marketing and procurement manager at a private company. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the Faculty of Economics in Tirana. Mr. Sarapuli has participated in many intensive training programs on private equity, finance, management and more. He has been a Co-CEO at the Albanian-American Development Foundation since 2013. Mr. Sarapuli received in 2015 from the President of the Republic the “Award of Distinguished Civil Merits”.
Ms Berberi has forty years of valuable experience in crucial public and private sectors of Albanian economy. She has been holding important roles in Albanian governments and international organizations. Mrs. Berberi completed her university studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana, branch Finance - Accounting (1980). She completed her Master of Science studies "European Studies", University of Tirana (2006). She has a 38-year professional career in the fields and service sector of the Albanian economy. Its beginnings have started in the banking sector, as investment experts in the Bank of Albania. In the days 1991-1997, specialist in the Budget Directorate, the Ministry of Finance and then, Deputy. Minister of Finance and Deputy. Minister of Economy. Mrs. Berberi has also had the position of Director of the Prime Minister's Cabinet in February-September 2002.Mrs. Berberi has an experience even in the field of teaching, where she engaged as an outer lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (1986-1990) in the subjects: Analysis of the use of the common economy and the Basics of Economics. In 2008 - 2013, she was the title of the course "Public Finance" and "Fiscality", as well as the Delegated Administrator of HEI "Marin Barleti University". General 2013 - 2017, she served as Director of the Cabinet of the Ministries of Education and Sports. In her experience, she can hold the state of citizens to provide decisions, allowing the position of Deputy Governor of Albania in the EBRD, Vice Presidents and Chairpersons of the Board of the Black Sea Development Bank to reach 1997 - 2005.In the period of 2013-2017, she was the Chair of the Board of Supervisors of Public Views and is currently a Member of the Board. She holds a Certified of Public Accountant and Legal Audit license. SInce 2018, MRs. Berberi is the President-elect of the Competition Autority of Albania, wvoted from the Assembly of the Republic of Albania.
