Developing the capacities of Student Companies

117 leaders of 70 Student Companies, established as part of the JAA program through trainings carried out in the period February-March 2023, further developed their knowledge and skills on two important components of this program: Company Report and Public Presentation and Communication.

The training sessions were interactive and practical and gave the Company’s leaders the opportunity to gain new knowledge, develop and practice their skills through a series of activities and exercises, to exchange experiences and challenges with the application of this Program with other Companies.

The success of the trainings was proven by the positive feedback of the participants. Many reported that they felt more confident in their ability to communicate and present their ideas effectively, and will reflect on the knowledge and skills developed as they progress in the upcoming stages of the Student Company Program.
