“Regional CSO Networking” – BY LEAP
20 representatives of youth organizations part of the civil society and members of the JA Alumni Albania network were actively involved in the Regional Conference “Regional CSO Networking” held within the ByLeap project on 8-10 September 2021, in Podgorica, Montenegro.
120 participants in this conference, representatives of civil society organizations, members of JA Alumni networks, and representatives from the business community from six countries: Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, and Montenegro, discussed the opportunities and challenges of entrepreneurship in the countries of the region, sharing good practices from each country. During the conference, the participants were introduced to some of the successes of Junior Achievement globally and nationally, as well as the grant schemes that the project offers. The conference aimed to promote regional cooperation between youth organizations and will be followed by other initiatives that aim to empower youth entrepreneurship in the countries where this project is being implemented
Konferenca rajonale “Regional CSO Networking” – Projekti BY LEAP
20 pjesëtarë të organizatave rinore të shoqërisë civile dhe anëtarë të rrjetit JA Alumni Albania u përfshinë aktivisht në Konferencën Rajonale “Regional CSO Networking” që u zhvillua më 8-10 shtator 2021, në Podgoricë, Mal të Zi, e mbajtur në kuadër të projektit ByLeap.
120 pjesëmarrës të përfshirë në këtë Konferencë, përfaqësues të organizatave të shoqërisë civile, anëtarë të rrjeteve të JA Alumni dhe përfaqësues nga bota e biznesit nga gjashtë shtete: Turqia, Shqipëria, Bosnja dhe Hercegovina, Maqedonia e Veriut, Serbia dhe Mali i Zi, diskutuan mbi mundësitë dhe sfidat e sipërmarrjes në vendet e rajonit, duke ndarë praktika të mira nga secili shtet. Përgjatë Konferencës pjesëmarrësit u prezantuan me disa nga sukseset e Junior Achievement në nivel global dhe kombëtar, si dhe me skemat e granteve që projekti ofron. Konferenca synoi të nxiste bashkëpunimin rajonal mes organizatave rinore dhe do të pasohet nga të tjera iniciativa që në thelb mundësojnë fuqizimin për sipërmarrjen të të rinjve në vendet ku po zbatohet ky projekt.
